Me encantó este alojamiento! Es como un oasis escondido en el medio del centro histórico, entras y te transportas, es muy tranquilo, con un jardín y una vista hermosa! Perfecto para desconectar pero a la vez sales a la calle y encuentras todo! Esta muy cerca de las principales atracciones del centro histórica, en la misma calle hay un par de cafecitos muy lindos y la pizza más rica! todo se puede conocer caminando! Me encantó! Además Claudia es una gran anfitriona, está muy disponible a cualquier duda o recomendación, el lugar está limpio y ordenado y tienes todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa!

The apartment was amazing! Spacious, clean, well designed and perfectly located. All of the historic center is right there but you feel protected from the hustle and bustle in the apartment. The garden was spectacular! An oasis in the city with a view of the mountains! Claudia was super helpful and nice and she made sure I had everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Whether you want to walk to the historic city centers' museums, churches, and cafe's or have a cozy retreat in a beautiful setting, this is the place to be! I loved the feel of the spacious house to lounge, host friends, and work on my creative pursuits. It is tastefully decorated with Ecuadorian art including Claudia's own pottery and paintings. The peaceful backyard garden oasis overlooking the city is the most magical spot to take in the beauty of Quito. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with an artsy feel, only a few blocks away from the more bustling historic center square. It is very easy to walk to the metro or call an uber to explore more of Quito. Claudia was the best host ever! She is so knowledgeable about Ecuadorian history and culture. She can guide you to the best music, art, food, and museums of the city. She is also THE person to recommend adventures to the mountains, jungle, or coast as she is an avid explorer herself. It was such a pleasure to stay here!

El apartamento de Claudia está a pasos de la Basílica, la Plaza de la Independencia, el Mercado Central y una estación de bus y ecovía. Su apartamento es bello, está muy bien cuidado, y decorado atractivamente por ella misma. Es un gusto estar allí, aparte de su buena ubicación. Claudia es muy diligente con su atención, y ofrece consejos muy útiles, no solo de Quito, sino de todo Ecuador, (y hasta un poco de Perú!). Muchas gracias!

The apartment is spacious and peaceful, with lots of light and beautifully decorated by the hostess, a local artist, and designer. The neighborhood is located in a quaint street in Old Town Quito, with lots of historic churches and museums within walkable distance, and I felt pretty safe walking by myself in the area. Claudia was a great host, with lots of suggestions on local bars, restaurants, and cultural events to check out. Would highly recommend staying here.
