Let me join the hundreds of people who have reviewed Nancy’s place as par excellence. Things were as described, the house is beautiful and functional, Nancy is super friendly but will also let you be alone to enjoy your vacation, and the house was so well kept, beautifully decorated, and everything was in working order. The views of the river are spectacular and it was such a comfy and airy space. It was like a “best-of” of airbnbs. Thank you, Nancy!

Lovely place, cosy, with great views over the river. First night had a pair of owls either side of the house hooting to each other. Nancy was flexible when my plans changed. Close to Chatham restaurants.

Nancy’s cottage far surpassed our expectations in every way. The atmosphere was serene from the moment we walked in and could see the river from the entryway. We loved waking up to the sun over the water every morning. All the living spaces were comfortably furnished, beautifully designed, and we immediately felt at home. I have NEVER stayed somewhere so immaculately clean (and this is coming from a self-proclaimed neat freak), but nothing felt sterile or overly fussed in any way. The location was a perfect home base to explore all the Cape has to offer in the off season, giving the feeling of being very remote but just a quick drive away from downtown. Nancy was a warm, welcoming and responsive host. We can’t wait to stay again soon!
