Master Bedroom: The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, smart TV so you can log into your favorite streaming services, and plenty of closet space. 2 Queen Bedroom: This bedroom features 2 comfortable queen sized beds, a sitting area, a makeup station, a closet, large-screen smart TV, a record player, classic records, and beautiful views of the lake. Bunk-Bed Room: This bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed, a smart tv, a retro NES system with hundreds of games pre-loaded, a reading chair, dresser, and tons of natural light through the egress window. Living Room: The living room features a queen-size pull out couch, a smart TV, dedicated workstation, and stocked bookshelf full of vacation reads. Kitchen: The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious dinner including oven, stove, microwave, toaster, air fryer, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, cast iron skillets, large pantry cupboards, dishwasher, and more! Upstairs Bathroom: Includes stand up shower or rest in the jacuzzi tub. Downstairs bathroom: Walk-in dual shower heads with space for 2. A dual vanity and some bold colors! Dining space: There is a dining table with a leaf to make room for 10, overlooking the lake and bar cupboard with cocktail making tools. Sitting Room / Porch: The sitting room features a wood burning fireplace, lots of natural light, and access to the back deck overlooking the lake. Please note, it's only usable in winter when a fire is lit, otherwise it gets very cold. Deck: Enjoy your coffee or cocktails with an amazing view of the lake. Exterior upgrades are scheduled for October 2023, so please note the deck has a 1,000lb weight limit. Downstairs sitting room/entryway: Features a couch, smart tv, games cabinet, and washer and dryer for your use. Lake Front: Nestled right off the wide open part of the lake, you are protected from wind. Wander down to the shoreline where you'll find excellent swimming for kids, a 40 ft dock to fish or park your boat, a lily pad to float or play on, paddle board, canoe, hammock, and a large fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs. Exterior shower (summer only): Rinse off the lake after a day of swimming. Perfect for cleaning up a pup or kids after getting into adventures outside. Dog Friendly: Bring your best friend!
