Spectacular lake home, large, spacious- remodeled with new furniture, (including mattresses). This beautiful home is for rent year round- has no personal owner belongings. Enjoy gorgeous lake views from every room. This home sits on 1.5 acre/ 200 ft of frontage & a new dock. 1st flr features Master Suite, Great Room, laundry/pantry & a Sunroom. 2nd floor overlooks Great Room, 2 BDs & BA. Lower walkout w Rec Room (can be 5th bedroom with 3 beds), 4th BD (queen & twin bed) BA. Pontoon rental? Enjoy outdoor living on the huge deck with tremendous lake views, sweeping north to south. The deck features cushioned seating, 2 picnic tables for your crowd, partial shade during the day. Further the deck is facing East so sunrises are spectacular. Beautiful, calm, spacious interior feels feels fresh and clean. This serene atmosphere is created by the blue grey color scheme throughout. Enjoy the entire house with lake views from every room. And don’t forget even the brilliant autumn colors and winter snow covered landscape is so soothing to the soul!

Sally's place was beautiful and perfect for a weekend getaway with friends, and it's less than a mile away from Stout's Island Lodge ferry (where I was attending a wedding). Sally was very friendly and helpful in her communication before we arrived and we were able to settle in to the space right away. Thank you for such a lovely weekend!
We had an amazing family get-together at Sally's place! First, Sally gave great directions on how to get there, how to get in, and what to expect. The home was very clean, warm, cozy, and had terrific natural lighting. There was a great place for the kids to play downstairs and a very spacious great room for all of us to hang in and make memories. She even provided a high chair and pack and play! Second, she gave great recommendations on boat rentals and even local events going on. Truly above and beyond. Lastly, she was very kind, helpful, and responsive without being overbearing. I would highly recommend staying here - you won't regret it!
Nice home. Very cozy. Easy access to the dock and right on the lake. We had (2) boats and there was plenty of room for parking and docking. Sally had quick and detailed information when we had questions. Nice location with other nearby areas to visit. Beds were comfy. Just got a little warm in upstairs bedrooms.

Imagine being able to rent a vacation lake home of the same quality & standard of your own personal home- this is rare to find & well worth the price. And unbelievably every room in the house has a lake view. I know you will enjoy your stay. Located in the middle of Red Cedar Lake (and 2 channels to Balsam Lake and Hemlock Lake) with great fishing and swimming off the dock, and the deepest part of the lake (50 ft deep) is straight out from the property. Enjoy a huge high deck with expansive lake views to while away the day. Imagine being able to rent a vacation lake home of the same quality & standard of your own personal home- this is rare to find & well worth the price. Rather private setting, the neighbors are excellent, and family time is important to all.
However, know the county code requires quiet time at 9pm weekdays and 10 pm weekends. A quiet fire is fine after though. (10 chairs at the firepit). Also please know planned parties with invited quests are not allowed by the county permit.
Owner provided floats, 2 paddle boards (one paddle board is sized for a preteen/teen) kayak and a fishing canoe. Owner can recommend on the lake pontoon rentals. Convenient 4 miles to Birchwood for gas, souvenirs, grocery shopping, restaurants and bars. 2 miles to Mikana for Gas/lite groceries store and Supper Club. Boat fuel can be purchased on the lake for a $5 docking fee at the local Beach Club.

Long time licensed Realtor in the State of WI. We have a family of 23! I needed this guest house next door to my summer home for the Holidays. But lucky for you as a renter this home is available to you to enjoy also. And I love the North Woods of Wisconsin and want to share this special area of the state, just south of Hayward Lakes Area, which is a rather remote area called the “Blue Hills” (And only 2 hours from the Twin Cities). In fact, I bought my first 40 acres in 1978 in the Blue Hills, and I have explored many of the lakes, rustic roads and trails. Nearby is the extensive Ice Age Trail, miles of ATV trails, fun Christy Mt Ski Hill, and thousands of acres of forest land. All seasons are beautiful and the clean clear atmosphere-with most days -year round- sunny, high pressure days!
