We had a nice stay. Clean and modern. In the Winter you should take slippers as the stone floors are freezing. Not really suitable for 4 adults (let alone the 6 it says it sleeps).

Had a wonderful stay and the property was lovely and clean and new feeling throughout, the garden was overgrown so didn’t BBQ, however it was all provided for if we did choose to have one. Location was amazing everything is walkable, however you do need to pay for parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely and very well fitted-out property. Very well refurbished with a mixture of new conveniences alongside exposed beams and stone walls. Fantastic internal features and a really well equipped kitchen. Plus a bottle of prosecco waiting for us which was an unexpected and welcome bonus. Location isn't quite as close to the harbour as the photos of the exterior suggested (perspective!) but Mevagissey is small enough that we were still only two minutes from the harbour. If you like the sea, like traditional fishing towns and love being able to get wonderful Cornish seafood within walking distance, this is a perfect location.

We stayed for a week at Rafal’s place and we loved it. The place is clean and all brand new and very comfortable. Mevagissey is such a lovely fishing village and being so close to the harbour was fantastic. I recommend it. Manuel
