I stayed at Helen's for more than two weeks, one week with my partner. The communication was smooth. There is a co-op supermarket about 10 minutes walk from the place. The door opens to a backyard, which has grass and good view from the neighborhood trees. It was close to my work place, however you need to take the bus if you want to go to the city center, or walk about 1 hour to 50 minutes. The bathroom basin has separate hot and cold water, so you can't have lukewarm water, it immediately gets very hot. however, the shower was always warm and nice. the bathroom is a bit worn down, as was the kitchen utensils but worth the price regarding the prices in Cambridge in general. the bathroom ventilator was rather loud, but it turns off after about 15-20 minutes after each use. the bed would make squeaky noise. Also, Helen offered some flexibility in my checkout time (which is 11), I didn't need the extra time, but it was reassuring to know the flexibility. all in all, it was okay.

Place is great for a short stay. It’s not far from city center although if going to be a lot there I would choose a place closer to it. House is super clean and with lots of light. You have everything you need for a short stay. Sometimes WiFi doesn’t work but most of time does and Helen is super caring and takes care of everything you tell her. Her responses are always fast and helpful Quiet place and close to supermarket. Perfect for work in Addenbrooke’s or nearby

The flat was nice and had all the amenities I needed. Helen was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had.

Helen has been very nice and willing to help us. The flat is small but very cosy and in a quiet and calm area, not far away from the city centre. We will defenitely stay there in the future if we ever come back to Cambridge. Sarah and Andrea

It is really great place and there are so many bus stops nearby. Helen was very responsive and everything went smoothly!
