Location is 10/10. Really enjoyed the backyard and access to the golf course. The property itself is not exactly what we expected. It is essentially a 2 bedroom plus an office that has a bed. It is good overall, but it was not as nice or clean as we expected for the price. The ice machine in the fridge was broken, no microwave, the laundry room had a musty smell, and there were some large spider webs around the house.

Hi! I’m Julia A. Desmond! I’ve been a Spiritual Awakening Teacher + Meditation Teacher (trained in India since 2000) for the past 16 years, as well as a published author of two books. I founded NeedleRock Meditation and Wellness Retreat Center + NeedleRock CBD in 2014 in Crawford, Colorado (near Paonia) where I have been leading International Spiritual Awakening the last 8 years. So you will feel a wonderful sense of calm and well-being at our RVR home. I have owned many properties from Aspen to Carbondale (+ Crawford) throughout the years and have rented them out as vacation rentals so we are experienced owners and know what the traveler likes. We also are avid international travelers and rent vacation homes often on our travels.
