This is a nice, well maintained home in a wonderful neighborhood in Carbondale. Communication was good prior to arrival. Upon arrival we ran into an issue where one of the queen beds in a bedroom was replaced by a pull out couch. We were expecting 1 king and 2 queen beds as indicated in the listing and arrived to 1 king, 1 queen and a pull out couch. A call to Airbnb helped us rectify the issue with the host. One thing I would point out is this isn’t a vacation rental. This is a primary residence and as such you should expect to find a well lived in home. This isn’t a negative statement, more an informational one. If your expectation is a sterile vacation home where you would expect the hosts personal things to be locked in an owner’s closet, this isn’t for you. The hosts personal effects are in place throughout the home. Another thing that we found out on check in is the hosts will come by unannounced and enter the garage to retrieve items, this happened twice during our stay.

What a PERFECT place to stay! It was extremely spacious and peaceful. The location was right off of the Golf course which was so convenient for our group. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's a MUST!
