The apartment itself has not been maintained or repaired at all. The refrigerator makes a tractor noise and disturbs peace and sleep all night. The flush water of one of the toilets was broken, so I fixed it myself. The mattresses of the beds are very dirty and old, and the middle of them is hollow and you are constantly sent to the middle of the mattress. Immediately after the first night, bite marks were seen on the bodies of 4 of us, and it was repeated every night until the last day. The windows, which are double-glazed, do not close well due to damage, repair and adjustment, and they do not block the sound of the highway that passes by the apartment as it should. The cooking utensils, pans and pots are all old and damaged and their teflon layer has been completely removed and should have been thrown away a long time ago. The induction cooktop is not working properly and is very dirty.The seams of the bathroom floor and wall were moldy, fungal and dirty.

I am not the type of person to write bad reviews. I either write positive ones or I dont write any at all because I understand people make money off of this app. But for your own safety and your family’s safety please stay away from these people. Not only was the apartment disgusting, we had no access to hot water for days and he kept declining my calls. When I asked for a refund he magically reappeared. The bedsheets were so old I woke up several times at night to wear more layers to not feel the bedsheets. The showers are so disgusting the need to be fixed. It’s extremely hard to get in, you have to carry your luggage down like 20 stairs and walk for a while. But the cherry on the cake is that he had the audacity to call us after all of this (I thought he wanted to talk to us about not leaving a bad review) boy was I wrong! He threatened us. He was listening to our conversations during our entire stay and god knows if he was watching us too. Please stay.

We stayed around 40 nights in this apartment were me and the family really enjoyed it as we felt in our home as there are grocery store around the corner, multiple pools and playgrounds for the kids in addition to that the compound itself is very peaceful and relaxing with all the green area, walking areas and finally full of walking distant multi-culture amazing restaurants. The apartment itself had a spectacular view as it sits on the corner of a high floor with internal and street view. The check-in was very smooth, and Assem/Yaman were very helpful during the entire stay by recommending great places and help if anything needed. I will defiantly be back here next year.
