We had a wonderful stay at Barbara's idyllic cottage. The location was very peaceful and private. The surrounds exactly what we had imagined for a real switch off and getaway from life. The cottage was warm and cozy, the kitchen great and well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable - which made for a great nights sleep, the bathrooms were spotless and the linen was soft and luxurious - we loved it all. The area is a super place to explore the surrounding countryside and the many pretty and vibrant villages of west Cork. Barbra was welcoming, friendly and kind and gave us some tips on what we could do. Overall a great stay, a lovely host and a beautiful area - we will certainly return.

Lovely place to stay. The house is very comfortable and has everything you could want, especially a great kitchen. The beds are great and we all slept really well. Barbara was a wonderful host - she is warm and very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We would have loved to stay for longer, but definitely plan to return sometime in the future.

The place was spot-on and perfect for the family to base ourselves for the areas surrounding- we will definitely return again. Barbara was totally responsive and helpful and the the house was spotless.

The property was exactly as described, is in a beautiful location which is extremely peaceful and ideal for a family or group of up to six persons. This location is ideal for a relaxing stay and within a few minutes of restaurants and shops if needed. The host Barbara was very pleasant and very helpful.

We had a fantastic family break at Barbara's cottage. Communication before we arrived and during the visit was excellent and eircode made getting to the cottage very straightforward. The cottage itself was spacious and clean, set on beautiful, private grounds. Great for a quiet get away but close driving distance to Skibbereen which has a great former's market on Saturdays.
