Will was super friendly and helpful! He was able to accommodate an early check in and late check out, and when we arrived he was there in person to help direct us on where to park and showed us into our space. The condo was great - looked like the pictures, extremely spacious, located near where we needed to be, and while part of a larger complex, still felt very private and peaceful. Would absolutely recommend for anyone traveling in or near Palm Springs!

Great place! Super clean! Will is very responsive. His recommendation for breakfast place was right what we needed. Pool is very nice and well taken care of. Highly recommend his place. We will keep you in mind next time we're in the area.

Clean, comfortable and in a great location! Everything was as promised. I rented this for my two adult sons and their girlfriends, who thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Only thing they wished was different was that a shower was available in the 2nd floor bedroom instead of just a tub.

We had a great time at Will’s unit. Checkin direction is spot on. The place is comfortable and well stocked. Will is very responsive to inquiries and quick to remedy any problems.

We were disappointed to find that this place has faded considerably since the photos were taken - and they are already a bit dated. Interior is older and tired. Outside landscaping and outdoor seating areas appear to have been ignored for some time. The whole complex looks run down and needs freshening. In the end, the place was comfortable enough but really drab. Furnishings (aside from being tired) look like they came from the remnants at an estate sale. It appears that the carpets had been cleaned recently but no one came to put the place back in order. An odd odor greeted us each time we walked in the door (made worse by those grocery store air fresheners). Also, anyone who ends up in the upstairs bedroom (with. the tub) will also need to use the shower in the downstairs bedroom. It's not a bad place, and the location is great. It's just that we expected something fresher and nicer. No complaints about Will who communicated and responded well.
