We really enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs with vacasa! The apartment was nicely furnished and had everything we possibly needed. 10/10
The unit is very clean, very comfortable and in a great location. The complex is lovely and very well maintained, and the few neighbors we spoke to were friendly. There is a grapefruit tree in front of the unit that was loaded with sweet tasting grapefruit if you're tall enough to reach them. I would definitley stay at this unit again. The only reason I didn't give the unit an overall 5-star rating is because we had some hot water issues: first with the faucet in the primary bath, and then with the shower in the primary bath. A maintenance man and plumber were dispatched quickly, and fortunately we already had plans for the time they were making the repairs, so it wasn't too disruptive, however, it did prevent me from giving the unit the fifth star. Problems occur, and the team at Vacasa was quick to respond, which is why I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.
My sister and I loved this place, it was almost perfect for our first visit to Palm Springs! The beds were so comfortable, the apartment was clean and as pictured. The neighborhood was not only beautiful, it was also very friendly! Our host was easily accessible and always pleasant and it's walking distance to the most wonderful grocery store, Jensens! I have no criticisms, but a few suggestions that would have made this a 5 star stay: when you say available for 4 persons you really need 4 matching wine glasses (there were only 2 and they didn't match), a box of tissues is always nice for a traveler, a lighter or matches would have been nice to light the candle and the firepit or grill and a pair of kitchen shears or scissors would have been nice. Maybe those were there and we missed them! All in all, we loved this place, thank you!
