Looked for a place with at least 2 bathrooms, and takes dogs, to accommodate our little family gathering of 6. Got away to ski for my birthday. The home is theoretically small, but the space is used very smartly, so there is plenty of room! It was cozy and roomy at the same time. The photos on-line do not do it justice. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen has smart layout. LOVED the stay. It was perfect.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Shannon’s while in WV skiing. The space is super comfortable, clean, and welcoming. We loved the new porch!

We had a wonderful stay. House matched the pictures and as a bonus was decorated for Christmas. Kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to fix a big holiday meal. Loved the peaceful location. Just a few miles to Thomas and Davis.

This was a perfect getaway for my friends and I. This is our second trip together and this stay was the best. The nearest restaurant was about 20-30 minutes away so the kitchen was our best friend. Shannon had everything available when it came to mixing bowls, seasonings, tongs , spatulas and baking trays. The only thing I would say is bring your own cooking oil. We felt comfy throughout our stay. Would definitely come back.
