There is plenty to do in the area. The Villages app provides many options for each day. Yet you can still have fun just hanging around the pool, playing shuffle board, bean bag toss or lying in the sun.

Kudos to Kim ( and Dave ) for providing a great rental experience! Our group consisted of 4 guys on a golf getaway trip and everything we needed to enjoy the trip was in place. Kim was very quick to respond throughout the whole process and provided us with an abundance of information as needed. I highly recommend Kim and her property for those considering a trip to The Villages.

We rented Kim’s place in The Villages for our adult family of six. It was exactly as described, great location and very comfortable. She communicated in a timely manner and provided us all the information we needed for our stay. We didn’t need to bug her during our stay because she had all info available, via email and in her booklet on the counter. Prior to us leaving at end of stay, she emailed with what we needed to do. The house was very close to Publix, restaurants and less than 15 minute to Lake Sumpter Landing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. There were games and bikes available. We were even right around the corner from the pickle ball courts. The pool was so nice to hang out in after a day of activity. The backyard is HUGE! We spent a lot of time outside under the ceiling fan, chatting, playing cards, and having a good time. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and the house is at the end of the street. We would definitely stay there again.
