This is a superb spot to gather all of the group ahead of the excitement of the day, with all guests being able to relax without being on top of each other. A second, comfortable sitting room can also found on the ground floor, adding a great option for those looking to huddle around a board game or the Netflix enabled television. Sonos has been installed into all of these areas. Both the open plan living area and the comfortable second sitting room have large bi-fold doors that allow large sections of the house to be opened up. Particularly wonderful in the summer, when the good weather encourages us all outside. Continuing in the outside space, you'll find a well enclosed rear garden, perfect for containing little ones or our four-legged friends. Here you have a nicely planted border, a section of artificial grass and a patio area with barbecue, large dining table and comfortable seating. This is a great suntrap, so don't forget your sun-cream! To the front, you'll find private parking and a small area that can be accessed via the bi-fold doors in the sitting room. Additional parking has been provided on site, so that you can privately park four cars easily. Additional Information: Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
