Once you learn what a skip stop is, access to Manhattan is super convenient. Despite being next to a main road I had no noise issues even as a light sleeper. Steven and Julian were super friendly and helpful during our stay. Definitely recommend if you want to get to know Manhattan and Brooklyn!

Steven and Julian were super nice. The Appartment is located in a very convenient place, the metro station is literally just around the corner. You can get to Manhattan in 15 minutes. The area was pretty safe, not a problem in 7 days. You have a deli in the corner as well, for when you get home late and you want to grab a bite. You have your keys and you go in and out whenever you want without disturbing or encountering anyone. I surely recommend this place.

Good value for a location that can easily access the rest of the city. The AirBnb was just as advertised, but with less flattering lighting and a bit rough around the edges. On occasion the room smelled musty after being out all day, but other than that, the room met all expectations. If you’re looking for something simple, cheap, reliable, and dont mind roommates, this is a solid option.

The room is just as described. It has all the necessary elements for a good stay. The bathroom is shared, it was always clean and free. The kitchen has all the necessary elements to prepare breakfast or dinner, so it is very useful if you want to save on food. the location is amazing. 2 minutes walking and you reach the metro. For its quality-price ratio I would recommend it without a doubt. Julián is always attentive to answer any questions.
