Joshua communicated well. House was clean an fit our needs perfectly. Location for bama game was perfect. Would highly recommend. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Backyard was perfect- grill, fridge, outdoor tv, fans, fire pit, pool, sport court. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this place. Wish we had more time to enjoy the game room upstairs—next time! Beds were comfortable and enough beds, bathrooms and hot water for our large crew. The neighborhood is adorable and close enough to restaurants (drive or Uber) yet very private space. We didn’t head out to restaurants since the backyard was so fantastic. Great hosts!

This stay was amazing. Perfect for a family get away. There are many activities in the backyard a pool, play set, basketball court, tv, etc. The inside of the is comfy and stocked with everything you need. Joshua is extremely nice and helpful.
