Lovely antebellum home in the historic district of Tuscaloosa built in 1822 is approximately 8 blocks from Bryant Denny Stadium, 2 blocks from downtown Tuscaloosa and 6 blocks from "the Strip" Enjoy all the activities associated with UA without the hassle of traffic or parking. The house has 3 floors and a finished basement. All bedrooms are on upper levels. The third floor runs the length of the house and has three full sized beds. Much of the furniture is period. All appliances in the kitchen may be used. Large porches are great places to gather. The yard is completely fenced with parking in the back or on the street. No parties or events are allowed.

Amazing Home and Host!
This charming house is beautiful, historic, and uniquely Southern! Cindy is a warm and welcoming host and takes a personal interest in seeing that her guests needs are met. We stayed the weekend of our son's Tuscaloosa wedding, and made some lifetime memories in this lovely setting. Highly recommend!
Stunning historic mansion in a quiet neighborhood. We entertained friends and family on UA graduation weekend. A perfect venue for a large group. Six double/queen beds in four bedrooms. Large modern kitchen. Four large flatscreen TVs. Landscaped grounds, verandah. Gated parking for two vehicles. 15 minute walk to Bryant Denny.
Amazing location. Amazing house. Amazing hosts. I highly recommend staying at this historic house in the middle of Tuscaloosa. Perfect for any gameday.

Druid City historic district. There are many large old homes in the neighborhood, Residents are professors, and some young families. We walk in this area, there are sidewalks and shady venues that make this area really lovely.
Downtown area is a short walk from the property and the UA stadium and campus are a few short blocks away. The Tuscaloosa Trolley picks up and delivers two blocks from the house, and Joyride is available for transport.
