Great house with everything you need! My family loved the game/tv room with the pool table. The location is centrally located, we were able to get to the Grand Canyon in 2 hours and enjoy the scenic view of Sedona in the way back. We also went to Out of Africa wild animal park that is only 5 miles away. The tiger splash is pretty cool! William was a great host!

William was extremely responsive and wonderful to talk to. We had an issue with the lock and he called within minutes of me messaging him. The house is nice but the floors and doors are a little loud when walking on them and closing the doors. Quiet neighborhood. It’s difficult to get an Uber, which we had expected when booking. I would recommend this place.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Quiet neighborhood, not far from Sedona, house was cozy and well decorated.
