Ocean Pearl 1 at Bridgewater in Litchfield is amazing! And we’ll definitely be back to rent this particular unit. We loved the view of the ocean and the easy access to the beach and pool. The linens were top notch and the mattress, most comfortable. How convenient to have an extra half bath! We did have difficulty with the lock, but the response from JoAnne’s assistant was immediate. She also delivered a bath tub mat for us senior citizens! We understand that we’re at the beach, but the floors were sandy. Wondering how this could be remedied? I highly recommend this vacation spot and the welcome and attentiveness from JoAnne and her associate! 👏

It was great for a 3 day weekend. It may get cramped for a week but who needs to be inside at the beach. The door lock took a few tries. The lock and unlock button look to be the same but tap the left side of the button to unlock and the right side to lock. It may take a couple of tries to unlock.

Our unit was wonderful with spectacular views of the ocean and awesome sunrises. We enjoyed many beach walks with our dog. The gated community offered great walking paths and pickleball courts.

Perfect oceanfront getaway at Litchfield resort. We’ve been visiting the resort for years, & we loved our recent trip here. Perfect condo for my husband, dog, & I to enjoy a peaceful beach week. Thankful for such kind & responsive hosts!
