This recently renovated 100-year-old home can sleep up to 10 guests and the bedroom configurations are as follows: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed with TV Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed with TV Bedroom 3: 1 Single and 1 Full Bedroom 4: 1 King Bed with TV Bedroom 5: 1 Single and 1 Full The home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries, linens and towels for your group. From beautiful sights, taste-bud-tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city. Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome letter containing all of the information you need to access the home and ensure your stay is a memorable one! THINGS TO KNOW • There are 8 stairs in front of the house. There are 16 stairs to the second floor. This unit is not handicap-equipped. • We may use video surveillance in public exterior areas. • We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. We will be able to confirm if we can accommodate an early check-in 1 day prior to arrival. • Gatherings of more than 10 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. - Our house is pet friendly. There is a $250/week fee for the first 2 pets and $500/week fee for 3 or 4 pets. No more than 4 pets allowed.
