Lawrence responded really quickly to messages; check-in was easy with clear instructions. The place was spotless and well-maintained. I stayed on a very cold night; the rooms warmed up well. There's a microwave and mini fridge (which was nice and quiet unlike some I've encountered!) but the unit isn't really set up for eating a meal; I sat on the floor with my cooler top for a table. The other drawback would be the lack of soundproofing; you can hear everything upstairs and I seemed to have stayed on a busy night. The neighbourhood was a very quiet subdivision and there was no traffic noise at all.
