We had such a great time here. The place was very clean and was located about 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City if that. There’s a park and walking trails at the condo as well. Dollar general and Walmart are close by if you need to grab anything. The balcony is huge! Thank you for having us, we would definitely come back again.
This is our 4th time to stay at Notch Estates. Of all 4 I would rank this condo last. It was average. Little things like the hot water wouldn’t last, internet was out, hardly any towels, no amenities in the kitchen, no paper towels, and the kids bunk beds mattresses were terribly uncomfortable and need replacing. You can’t beat the location and overall area. But you can book better than this condo, and we have before. 3 star is accurate. Evolve does a great job communicating I will say that. Overall the condo just felt tired.

Great location and perfect for our quick family trip to SDC. Super short drive to the park and not far from everything else in Branson. Good arrangements for our family. Would definitely stay again.
