The flat had a number of defects (missing light bulb and things not working), however when the management company were told they were very good at trying to sort everything out promptly. When they were unable too, they refunded us a nights stay. We appreciated that it's difficult for maintenance to take place if the property is regularly let and they are not told about issues. We were very pleased to receive a small refund, and made us feel valued as customers. I would certainly use Travall again off the back of this experience.

I was not happy about a few things when I inspected the apartment after arriving. It was mainly related to the cleanliness of the kitchen. Probably the previous renters made a big mess and the cleaners didn’t have the time to do a proper clean. I contacted the owner and they responded very quick and proposed a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall I think the property has a good location and with some improvements here and there it can be very nice to stay.
