We very much enjoyed our visit to the cottage. The hot tub and fireplace are so conveniently located, it felt like we were at a five star spa. The host was very communicative and helpful. The cottage has a lovely, peaceful location, close to the lake. Very well set up to enjoy a relaxing break. We will be back for sure!

This was a nice peaceful place that despite having quite a few other houses around, still felt very private and secluded. Check in was very easy and the outside area was shovelled, salted and well maintained (which many hosts don’t do as often as they should). The kitchen and bathroom were very well-stocked with extra condiments and toiletries. It definitely deserves a 5-star rating with only a few nitpicks that I’ll mention just in the host’s interest: The wifi wasn’t the best, but with a rural location, often that can’t be helped. The TV was also quite old, lower res and couldn’t run the PS5 I brought The lighting was quite dim in the main area Perhaps more instructions could be left for the wood stove, hot tub etc. I definitely could have used some help with the former. That’s really about it!
