Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third room is a bunk room for the kids, so there's enough room for a family + extended relatives or two families who want to vacation together. The finished basement offers a large family room with 75" TV, kitchenette and walkout for easy access to the expansive property, water and fire pit. An xbox game console + games and many DVDs are available for entertainment along with a Roku box to access your favourite streaming platforms. A huge selection of boardgames are also available. Outside there is a wrap-around deck with a gazebo and mosquito netting that offers beautiful high-level views of the lake. A high top fire table is under the gazebo and is the perfect spot to relax and eat great food with family and friends. This deck also includes access to the BBQ right off the kitchen. A large tent trailer is located on the property during the summer and acts as a bunkie for kids to hang out, play cards/boardgames and sleep outdoors. By the water, you'll find a dock, 2 kayaks, a canoe and massive water trampoline + accessories for all to enjoy. The lot is large with 200ft of waterfront space. Lawn games such as axe throwing, ladder ball and yardzee are included as well as a 14ft diameter trampoline next to the cottage.
