My friends from nj and i meet there (I'm from nc). The place is perfect. There is literally everything you need in the condo from beach bags to beach towels to coolers to spices to plastic wrap. The condo was immaculate. Beds were very comfy. We loved the decor. One of the best places in my book!!!!

Fantastic stay at Pavla and Justin’s place, highly recommend. We loved the play area for our 1.5 year old daughter who was extremely entertained, along with all the additional added touches. Pavla and Justin were responsive and extremely accommodating. Thank you for the lovely time.

Pavla and Justin's vacation home is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. It was bright, airy, extremely clean and filled with every necessity you could ask for - from the amazing coffee and tea bar to the wireless chargers by every bed. We were welcomed with snacks and local travel guides, as well as clear information for check out. The condo is extremely close to Bethany, and although the weather did not cooperate, we enjoyed our quick getaway. We would absolutely stay again!

Sunshine by the Sea was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 1 toddler! From the moment we entered, the clean and creative surroundings oozed class, comfort and relaxation. Our toddler was mesmerized by the playroom! What a delightful space! Everything in the condo was organized and accommodating, with clear (even stylish) labels to draw attention to useful instructions and bonuses - from Keurig flavors to complimentary natural granola bars, to salty snacks, to kitchen gadgets and care of toys, temp and check-out tasks. No worries at all! Pavla and Justin promptly responded to a minor concern (blown fuse), and were extremely proactive. Breakfast at nearby Sunshine Crepes was heavenly!! Super delicious and artfully presented, just like Pavla & Justin’s condo! We highly recommend Sunshine by the Sea for a small group with a child. I’m still smiling at the giggling spawned by the Taco & Burrito game and other entertaining games we discovered there. Shorely :-) a memorable weekend!

We loved our stay! Pavla and Justin were super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is beautiful and cozy. We only wished we had stayed longer. We would in a heartbeat stay at their place again in the future! You should definitely stop by Sunshine Crepes we enjoyed their coffee and crepes.
