My stay at the house was very pleasant! Instructions for check in/out were simple and easy. The surrounding area was very pretty with the lake in the back and native plants in surrounding properties. Just a heads up for anyone in the future, restaurants close at 8pm or sooner so if you like to eat late, keep that in mind. It was a big culture shock for us coming from LA😬

This airbnb was completely perfect. It had everything we needed-grill, beautiful laundry room, fully stocked kitchen (except food of course)& immaculate accommodations.

Fredrick place was very nice. Location just on the outskirts of Pine Bluff and felt safe there. Easy access to highways. Without a doubt would stay again at Fredrick's.

The area was very quiet and peaceful . The townhouse is beautiful. We loved it. plenty of room for our dog. More than an excellent value for our money. This is the best Airbnb property we have ever stayed in. Awesome job Frederick.
