Duplex home was as advertised, clean, two baths, met our needs for our two night stay.. Kitchen utensils available for use, clear and repeated instructions for use. There are particularly detailed instructions on not taking ANY items from property, as in pricelists for all the items and decor, so this must be an issue for this management team.

I love all of Frederick's properties. He and his staff are the best!!! When my wife and I are in town, we always stay at his properties.
