This was a great find for a local wedding, as the local hotel options are limited. Home was clean, updated and well lit. Host was responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back in the future!

My bf and I stayed here for one night to attend a wedding at the Silver Fox. This place was the perfect location as the venue was right down the street. The house itself is easy to find and very clean! I read a previous review that stated the bathroom had a smell, but I feel like this issue has been resolved since as the home smelled fine during my stay. Check in is easy and flexible as the host allowed us to check in an hour early. The host is responsive and had good communication. Overall staying here was a positive experience! I’d recommend!

The home at 1313 N Bloomington St in Streator was well lit and charming. I always felt safe and secure. Close to family, friends, downtown and restaurants. The hostess was quick to reply to my messages. The beds were more firm than what I prefer and a bed topper could help this. The addition of a full length mirror would also be a plus. The only downside were the flies and the slight sewer smell in the bathroom. Keeping the drains closed did help with the flies, but not totally. There is room for improvement, but all in all, it was a nice place to stay.
