Overall, this location was perfect for our stay. I loved the decor, but the cleaning service need to do a better job.

The place was great. Clean, well-kept, and it matched the listing description. The neighborhood was not necessarily “unsafe” feeling, but it also wasn’t somewhere we felt would be a good place to take a stroll at night. Also, very close to high-speed traffic. It didn’t matter to us, but if that matters to you, it’s something to consider. But it was close to anything you would want in a very short drive, and it was a central location for activities around Dallas. The communication was wonderful, and everything went smoothly with check in and check out. We didn’t have any problems, but I am confident if we did, then the property managers would have handled it promptly. They even let us know that the lawn care company would be there due to scheduling because of rain, which I thought was very considerate. Overall, would recommend and stay there again!

The neighborhood was just OK. A little sketchy and rundown but you can see they are working to clean up the area. The house itself was immaculate and felt very safe and secure. Wonderful private backyard with fire pit to relax after working all day. We were there on business so only at the house in the morning and evenings and it was far better than staying at hotels like we usually do. Had no problem calling Ubers or getting food delivered via Door Dash. Definitely recommend this place especially if you are there for business and want a comfortable relaxing place to crash after working all day. They leave a 3 ring binder in the kitchen (which by the way was adequately stocked for all of our needs) with very clear concise instructions. They don't ask you to do a lot at check out which is nice. This is not a location that is "host lived in" which makes it very nice. Very awkward staying at locations with the host's personal item surrounding you so you have ample closet space.

Nice house/stay. One minor hiccup that was handled very quickly by our contact person. A-1 communications! My party & I definitely enjoyed. Thanks...
