Guy responded quickly if I had any questions and was very helpful. The inside of the house looked as described on the listing and was clean. And I’ll add that the beds were very comfortable! The only thing was that I didn’t realize it’s attached to another unit so we could hear the neighbors sometimes. The neighbors were very friendly though!

Guy’s place was great! Clean, neat, and comfortable. The next door neighbors, who share walls, got a little loud - but nothing out of control and they were friendly enough! Guy responded to my questions promptly. Easy check in and out.

We loved it! Guy’s place is in a great location, close to bars, restaurants and pretty close to Encinitas if you are into a fun walk. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Very comfortable and super clean! Guy is a great host! I would come back here again!
