Marcelo’s villa was a great base for our holiday. On arrival Marcelo met us and took us round the villa so we felt very comfortable. He provided lots of information about the local area, super market restaurants etc. communication was great. We had an 18 month old with us and he kindly arranged a stair gate, high chair and cot. The place was very clean and we would highly recommend it. If you have a hire car there’s plenty of parking, but if you have a large car you will struggle to get up the driveway! Thanks Marcelo!

Marcelo was super quick to respond and very keen to make sure we had a great stay. The location worked well for us as we hired a car - a few minutes to the airport and central Palma and also not far from some great beaches and coastline. The house and gardens are lovely and Marcelo lives downstairs if you need anything. The terrace is lovely in the sunshine and provides great views. The only improvement I would suggest is separate bins for recycling - we took our own, but had we not checked out the local recycling we might have assumed we put everything into a single bin. Many thanks Marcelo for a great stay and for making us feel so welcome!

Our stay was excellent. Marcelo was very helpful, and the house was very spacious and had all facilities, as well as a large swimming pool and a huge outdoor terrace. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances en famille tout était parfait comme dans le descriptif de la réservation. Magnifique accueil à notre arrivée par Marcelo son épouse qui nous a fait un magnifique gâteau encore grand merci. Je recommande ce magnifique endroit à toutes les personnes qui aime bien le calme.
