Spektakuläre Lage auf der Klippe, tolles Haus, toller Pool, was man sich mit max 4 weiteren Gästen teilt. Khalfan war supercool, wir haben ihn aber leider nur kurz im Dorf getroffen. Er hat uns mit Tipps, Tricks und Badeschuhen geholfen und war immer tiptop erreichbar! Wasserschildkröten beobachten vom Balkon aus! Unbedingte Empfehlung in der Region!

What an incredible Airbnb experience! Khalfan was an exceptionally responsive and supportive host, and the property was simply spectacular. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room with a fantastic balcony overlooking the ocean. The accommodation featured a wonderfully relaxed living room and kitchen, as well as an infinity pool that was perfect for the hot days in Oman. Additionally, there are stairs leading down to the ocean where we regularly spotted turtles and even had the opportunity to use a free kayak to paddle on the ocean. The location of the Airbnb is also excellent, situated just outside Sur, which was perfect for us and within walking distance to two spectacular wadis: Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi. Khalfan was incredibly kind, helping to organize a guide for Wadi Tiwi and assisting us with an inquiry even several days after our stay. One of the best Airbnb Experience I have had so far and 100% recommendation

Khalfan has a pretty amazing place! It’s the location and the quality of the communal areas that really stand out. Fabulous pool and multiple terraces and the covered area at the bottom of the cliff is just a bonus. We loved watching the turtles and bioluminescence from there! Khalfan himself was a wonderful host, he showed immense flexibility and kindness after some initial plans of ours went awry. He also gave us some excellent recommendations for the rest of journey around Oman.

Gorgeous room with very comfortable bed and a shower that doesn't get the whole bathroom wet (which was the case everywhere else we stayed in Oman ;-) ). The views from the common area are amazing, as you can see in the pictures, and we spotted countless turtles right from the balcony. We went swimming and kayaking in the ocean both in the afternoon and the next morning. The water was a perfect temperature and calm when we were there. We enjoyed meeting other guests in the common kitchen. Khalfan was great. He pointed us to a delicious local restaurant and gave us advice about Wadi Shab. The walk to Wadi Shab takes a few minutes. We like exploring places without anyone else around, so we started out at 7am (could have gone even earlier, since there was one group ahead of us) and were in the cave with waterfall by ourselves. Highly recommended!
