You are booking a private room and bathroom in a beautiful newly built guesthouse on the cliff in Wadi Shab Village. Just 4 minutes walk to Wadi Shab hike starting point. You have direct access to the beach from the front of the house, beach hut and infinity pool to enjoy. This room has extra privacy being a bit away from the main area of the house. Beautiful sea views from this room and large doors you can open up to enjoy the sea breeze Private room with modern furnishings and attached private bathroom on the ground floor (3 story guesthouse).

This was my best stay ever at an airbnb. The host Khalfan was sooo nice and helpful. When you have requests, he will ALWAYS help you. Also he’s great at recommendations and guiding. 12/10 experience
This place is like a little bit of paradise.
What an amazing stay with Khalfan! The view over the ocean, the turtles, the terrace along the cliff, the warm welcome of Khalfan and his proactive help on what to explore in the area. I loved it so much that I decided to come back for 2 nights at the end of my trip (instead of staying in Muscat). Thank you so much for hosting me, Khalfan!
We had a wonderful stay at Khalfan's place. Outstanding apartment in front of the sea, nice swimming pool. Very clean and quiet. You have several options to eat within a 5 min drive. Finally very close to wadi Tiwi and even more from the wadi Shab since you can reach the entrance by foot. I definitely recommend Khalfan'place!
Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer und die Schildkröten. Der Pool ist schön und sieht alles gepflegt aus. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Gemeinschaftsküche und Tische könnten häufiger sauber gemacht werden. Sonst alles sehr empfehlenswert!

Peaceful and traditional Omani beachside village. The village is made up of a few families who have lived here for generations. You will enjoy wandering around and taking in village life. There are a couple of small restaurants and deli shops available. There is no atm or petrol station in the village.
