We had a great time at Tim's place. We wanted a quiet place to watch the eclipse and was also family friendly and we were not disappointed. Tim greeted us upon arrival and even came over and chatted with us for a bit while we were enjoying the outside seating area. It was our first time traveling with our newborn twins and it was like a second home. There was even a play house outside with toys that he let our older kiddo play with and even offered up his driveway for sidewalk chalk doodles. We will definitely return with fishing poles and a boat to take advantage of the beautiful Kinkaid lake nearby. We were also pleasantly surprised there was a TV in the living room as we weren't expecting it.

Tim and his wife Brigid were super hosts. They were very responsive to my needs and made sure that my group and I felt right at home. Tim’s place was perfect for our needs. Everything that we needed was there and Tim was always available if we had any questions. My group looks forward to staying at Tim’s place for our next vacation.

It’s our 2nd time staying and it’s been perfect. Great place to stay when fishing at Egypt Lake.
