I spent about a month at Mark’s place. The kitchen has everything you need. The well water has a slight smell. I bought bottled water for drinking but the well water is fine for everything else. There's a great back yard porch with a TV, most of my time at the house not sleeping was spent out the. Bed was comfortable. It’s in a nice friendly neighborhood. Mark communicated great with almost immediate responses. It’s a little small for a longer stay but if you don’t need a lot of room it’s great. I’d definitely recommended his place to others.

Enjoyed our stay at Mark’s place, grocery stores and pickleball courts close by, nicely furnished with what we needed, Mark very responsive to our needs.

Mark’s place was the perfect location for what we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the main road but not too close where the traffic noise was interrupting. Home was clean and beautiful!
