Relax and recharge in our fully remodeled lakefront 3,050 sq ft house, where stunning views of nature and wildlife await you. With plenty of entertainment options like a pool table, foosball table, and ping pong table, there's something for everyone. Our spacious front yard accommodates cars, and boats, making enjoying water activities easy. Make unforgettable memories at Lakeview Retreat. Lakeview Retreat is the perfect vacation home for up to 12 guests. This fully remodeled lakefront property is in the serene town of Cottonwood Shores, next to Lake Marble Falls. Enjoy stunning views of nature and wildlife and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. We have a boat dock and multiple kayaks for lake adventures. The interior is spacious, with three oversized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances. The living room has plenty of room, two dining sets, a 70-inch Smart TV, a desk with monitors, and a color printer. Plus, we have game options like pool, foosball, ping pong, and more. Our front yard can fit cars, RVs, and boats. Stay at Lakeview Retreat for a peaceful, adventure-filled vacation. Main Bedroom: This oversized bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed a sofa bed for extra sleeping space, and a closet for storage. This room also has a private bathroom. Bunk Room: This cozy room has two bunk beds - one Full over Full and the other Twin over Twin - accommodating up to six guests. There's also a loveseat coach for extra seating. Third Bedroom: This room has two doors, one that opens to the hallway area and another to a stunning view of the lake and nature at the back of the house. It has a queen-sized bed, a sofa bed for extra sleeping space, and a closet for storage. Bathrooms: The house has two full bathrooms that are fully remodeled and equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. One is attached to the main bedroom, and the other is in the hallway. All bedrooms have comfortable bedding, pillows, and towels provided. The kitchen in Lakeview Retreat is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove. It also has small appliances such as two coffee makers, a kettle, a purser/ rice cooker, a toaster, a blender, and many more. The kitchen has plenty of countertop space and cabinets for storage, making it easy to prepare and store food for your stay. It also has a large dining table that seats up to 10 people, perfect for family meals or group dinners, and a nook dining set that can seat up to 5 people. Overall, the kitchen is modern and functional and has everything you need to cook and dine during your stay at Lakeview Retreat.

Such a beautiful place with lots of room and in a great location! My family LOVED being on the water kayaking and swimming. Everything that was needed for the weekend was available, even extra towels, kayaks, pool table, and games for kids. We can’t wait to come back during the summer! Hana was easily available to communicate with, if needed. Thank you for sharing your magnificent home with us.

This was THE best birthday getaway with our friends that we've ever had. The house was huge, clean and very comfortable beds. We loved waking up to have coffee at the river and watch the sunrise and sunset. Having the kayaks there for use and not having to rent them was so convenient. We enjoyed this location so much we're going to make it a yearly tradition.

Was able to gather family from across the country at this beautiful lakeside home. For adults and kids the location was perfect! Lots of open space both indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed the lake, hanging on the dock, kayaking, the fire pit making s’mores, the grill, playing pool, ping pong and foosball! Along with the beautiful bluebonnets and roaming wildlife. And of course it was a perfect spot for watching the full solar eclipse! The home had plenty of linens and towels for all our guests along with what we needed to cook our meals. Hana was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for sharing this space so our family could gather for a really special event!

Do not hesitate to book this lakeside oasis! Everything matches the photos, but is better in person. The view of the lake from the house is beautiful! The different sized kayaks allowed us to enjoy the lake even in chilly weather. Lots of ducks and geese to see. Sitting on the dock felt private and cozy. We spent most of our days out on the water or on the dock. The house is spacious , clean, and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the giant shower. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Hana was flexible with our reservation which was appreciated. I highly highly recommend her home. We’ve stayed in lots of Air BnBs around the US and this was one of our favorites. So relaxing. We only had to leave the first day to stock up on groceries at HEB, which was conveniently only 15 mins away. Absolutely nothing negative to report here!

We loved our stay, lovely clean home. The area was very peaceful and safe. The kiddos had fun fishing, roasting marshmallows and relaxing. The house had everything we needed. Hope to come back again.
