Yen was polite, responsive, and very understanding and accommodating. The apartment was very clean with an actual cleaning crew. Everything you needed and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone needing a place in the area. I would take the place for my own if it wasn't on air bnb. Also he was great.

We appreciated how clean the apartment was and grateful for the pictures and thorough guidance of how to access the place - very helpful! There was good space. A few things that could have been better were when we first got in the heat was on and set to 72° - it was so hot in the apartment. We had to turn the heat off and wait for the unit to cool before we could feel comfortable. The bed was comfortable but had a very strong smell from whatever detergent was used to wash it. It was so strong of a smell it made it hard to sleep on them. I'd recommend fragrance free detergents, if possible. Also, we had shampoo but no conditioner - not sure if that was intentional but having both would have been nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay! Thank you for your great care and support!

Always plenty of parking. Quiet and close to everything. Yens checked in with me frequently and made the process smooth. Very happy I stayed!
