Lovely tiny house in a great location. Everything you need is supplied including some wonderful welcome treats. Great communication with Kim and Dave. Only wish I could have stayed longer.

This tiny house was so cute and cozy, it was so close to the ocean and they provided a list of local attractions and restaurants. They have a full kitchen and washer and dryer which made our vacation very comfortable and convenient. All for a great price. we loved this place

Wonderful, cozy cottage in beautiful Mattapoisett! Comfy bed, very clean with modern touches. Right on a fabulous bike path, rental comes with bikes and helmets. The hosts also left some goodies to enjoy ( snacks, wine and cheese). Would absolutely stay here again, thank you Kim and Dave for a lovely stay.

Kim and Dave are fantastic hosts! They were very proactive in communicating, and the check-in process was very clear, which made getting inside a breeze (even in the dark after a long drive). The place is beautiful and has everything you could ever need. It looks exactly like the pictures: very spacious and light and provides the exact kind of New England beach cottage you’d want up here. It was a fairly dreary weekend, so I can’t comment much on the outdoor space or activities like cycling, but it really is right near the water and the main town. Instead, I need to give Kim and Dave major points for how welcoming they made the place feel: coffee, tea, and some extremely thoughtful snacks and beverages were provided. They also provided some toiletries, beach towels, and extra blankets. They really went above and beyond and have clearly put a lot of care into making their space perfect for their guests. If I could give them a 6/5 for this rental, I would!

Absolutely loved our stay at this adorable cottage! Hosts were amazing! It was our birthdays and they left us a card, balloons and a gift. So thoughtful. The house was exactly as it was described. The bed was sooo comfortable! Everything you could possibly need was provided. It was a short walk to a beautiful beach and boardwalk. The location is very convenient. We'll stay there again! thank you!
