Relax with family or a group of friends at this 1900's farmhouse suite on a quiet cul-de-sac. Guests have exclusive use of a two floor, three bedroom suite with large deck, private entrance and no shared spaces. Located just 1.5 miles from Neds Point Lighthouse and Mattapoisett harbor and boat ramp, and 1/4 mile from some of the best seafood around. Convenient to Marion and New Bedford and a short drive to Horseneck Beach State Park, Seastreak Nantucket Ferry, and Cape Cod. Renovated farmhouse offers unique spaces with plenty of room. A living room with smart TV and wood burning stove, and dining room with kitchenette and are located on the first floor as you enter. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a large deck overlooking the wooded yard. A private bath with large tub is also located on the second floor. Please note: The tread depth on the original staircase leading to the second floor is narrow and may not be accessible to guests with physical limitations. Currently, there is no sink in the kitchenette area, only a water cooler.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the house comfortably accommodated 5 of us and 2 dogs. It is an old farm house and has the charm of an old farm house. It is located in a very safe and quiet area. It has a very large back yard where our dogs had plenty of room to get their excess energy out. There are great restaurants in the area and UMASS Dartmouth is 20 min away. We didn’t tour the area much because we spent our time at UMASS D for admitted students weekend. Lisa the host made our stay very comfortable with a coffee bar stacked with all of the necessities, including many KCups, creamers, sugar, and also tea bogs. For an unexpected treat she had a bowl of goodies on the beautiful farm house dining room table that seats six. The beds are very comfortable and had nice linens on them. The bathroom has very good quality soaps and towels. It also has a very large jacuzzi tub. In the main room downstairs there are board games and books you can use. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, immaculate home. Enough room for 6 people. Large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Beds were comfortable. Linens and towels were great. Wish there was a sink in the kitchenette area. An electric tea kettle would be a nice addition. Lisa was super responsive to all messages. I would highly recommend this home and plan on rebooking in the future if needed.
We had a nice time staying at the house. The rooms are spacious as is the Living Room and it was close to my family's house in town.
