I was looking for a place close to UCLA but sought out this particular apartment because of the host. I've stayed at Moda's various LA rentals several times and he's a wonderful host. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly located for our needs. Moda is a great and responsive communicator so check-in instructions were clear and easy. I've already booked the place again!

Moda is a great host. Very responsive. Clear check in instructions. A clean apartment with lots of unexpected “small treats”, like enough coffee capsules and dish washer capsules for our whole trip (12 days). The balcony is large and it’s comfortable to spend an afternoon there reading a book. We mistakenly thought that the window blinds were out of order. It’s entirely our own fault but Moda took the trouble to come and showed us how to open them. Thank you so much, Moda! Trader Joe’s is literally “downstairs”. The outdoor swimming pool was unexpectedly warm. We went swimming comfortably in a freezing night. Great fun. The gym is large. The building is in a safe community.
