Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located shop home. Located just 3 miles off the new bypass you can easily get anywhere in NWA. Downtown Bentonville is just one exit South or you can head North and enjoy the Elk River in just a short 30 minute drive. After a fun day in NWA enjoy a peaceful night around the fire pit with no city lights to tune out the beautiful stars! Open concept with loft. Laundry and bath in one room. Queen bed upstairs. Down stairs couch is modular and can turn into queen size bed.

We wish we could’ve stayed longer so we could enjoy the peaceful surroundings. So pretty! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved being in a space that was private and we could enjoy a fire yet still close to Bentonville. The place spotless and the bed was very comfortable.

We came to town for the half marathon. We loved the countryside location that was still near to town. We loved the coffee (K cups) that were provided, and that the place had Apple TV (Believe- Ted Lasso). NW Arkansas is such a beautiful region in the state. Downtown was only 18-20 minutes away.
