A beautiful condo with spectacular south facing views of Lake Ontario. Great location; close to many attractions. Parking was great - a dedicated spot in the garage under the building was included. Rabia was pleasant, communicative, and answered our questions promptly. The living room seating could be better - one small couch and two very low-to-the-ground "poufs" to sit on isn't a lot for a condo accommodating 6 (there are desk/kitchen chairs that can be moved around, but they're not as nice as an arm chair or two would be). Our biggest issue was an all day, scheduled water outage in the building on the second day of our stay. Rabia gracefully offered us a courtesy discount when we made her aware of the situation, but had we known in advance, we would have been better prepared and could have taken showers before the shut off. Fortunately, this is probably an infrequent issue.

Rabia’s AirBnB was tremendous Great views from the location and close to sports venues and Union station We would highly recommend !!

The place has the most fantastic views and was incredibly conveniently located near all the great spots. We walked to the CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, the aquarium, and even caught a game at the Scotiabank Arena. The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

We recently visited Toronto for a March Break getaway. When travelling, our family of four (parents and kids 13 & 10) like to have lots of elbow room and comfort. After researching downtown hotels with suite options, it was a no brainer to book Rabia’s as it was about $200 cheaper/night PLUS a whole lot more comfort. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a space to eat together, ability to cook meals, and I did a load of laundry before flying out. We were able to walk to all that we wanted to see and do. It was extremely close to Union Station and the UP Express train to get from and back to the airport. And, most of all, THE VIEW! 🌇 We almost felt guilty leaving and exploring downtown because it was so relaxing at 14 York Street. Thanks for an amazing stay Rabia! If we are ever in Toronto again, we will certainly be in touch! 🤩

Rabia’s place was everything we hoped it would be and more. The location was perfect for us as we were attending an event at the Scotiabank Arena. Not only is the apartment spacious, beautifully decorated and clean, but Rabia made sure to leave toiletries, snacks and anything you may need for the kitchen. We will definitely be back again to enjoy the beautiful view and comfort of this great apartment.
