Rhinelander · 整套民居 · 4室4床4.0卫 · 可住10人 · NEW! Luxury 4 BR, 4 Bath Lake Home on Bass Lake
If gorgeous sunsets, hearing the call of the loons, or getting lost in a book in the hammock while the kids play in the lake are on your list, then we invite you to come relax at Bass Lake Bide-A-Wee! The level, sandy frontage and the plush grass yard is perfect for lawn games, or for telling stories & roasting marshmallows around the new lakeside fire pit. You'll also have your own dock space for your fishing boat or pontoon! In winter months, you can snowmobile right from the property, too. “Bide-A-Wee" is Scottish for "Stay Awhile", and we hope you and your family will do just that! Wake up and enjoy your morning cup on the private balcony overlooking the gorgeous views of Bass Lake. Or take a relaxing bath in the soaker jacuzzi tub. Our home has gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the main level, with comfortable new furnishings perfect for gathering. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals during your stay, with ample seating for all at the two dining tables that each seat 6 comfortably. If you’d rather grill outdoors, there is a Blackstone grill & griddle for the gourmet, and the expansive deck offers additional outdoor furniture for gathering around the chef. Located in the heart of the Rhinelander Chain of Lakes (Boom, Bass, Thunder, Lake Creek, and Wisconsin River Flowage), these waters are considered one of the best fishing destinations in Northern Wisconsin! The surface water area is over 1700 acres with 35 miles of shoreline for boating, skiing, swimming, jet skiing, and fishing! In the winter months, hop on the snowmobile and GO! You can sled to the marked trail on the river flowage right from the property. Or strap on your snow shoes for a hike around the beautiful lake. Our home is located near the end of the peninsula loop. If you enjoy walking, take a stroll around the loop and down Manor Road, which winds a mile and a half to River Road, all while catching views of both Bass Lake and Boom Lake on either side.
beautiful lakeview, tall majestic trees, outside amenities were great. Inside very smart floor plan, open kitchen design, gas fireplace in den. Spacious bedrooms and perfect jacuzzi tub upstairs in master bath. WORTH THE PREMIUM PRICE!!! Comfy giant beds with down pillows. Property had EVERY thing you could ever imagine you need for vacation, zero need to run to the store for anything. Excellent attention to small details: squeegie in shower is exactly what I did for my bathroom. The only downside is beware the stairs: they're very short and heavy carpet on stairs was not well thought out. That said, you simply had to be mindful of it, and even that didn't distract from a delightful stay. Kitchen has gas stove and well packed. Subzero fridge. Next time I go I'll stay 2 weeks. Close to Michigan's upper peninsula. Avoid Rhinelander Cafe & Pub, unless you like everything bathed in butter; but, their bar is excellent! Bessy's Meat Market is a must, even their frozen BlueGill & Walleye
Booked the place for a work trip and was a Beautiful, peaceful area to relax after work ... Had to extend the work trip and unfortunately the house had other guest arriving and couldnt stay longer in the same kouse kelly was able to het another house for us only 20 minutes away which made it super easy to finish our job without worrying where we where going to sleep 5 guys at
My group LOVED our time together at this lakehouse!!! It was exceptional in every way. The home was spotless, and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. Little details made us feel right at home from the start: welcome basket, well-stocked kitchen, laundry baskets and luggage racks in each room, pack play, high chair, etc. The lawn toys, sand toys, kayaks and paddle board were incredible additions and kept us all happily entertained throughout the week. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and found some great swimming out on the lake. While the house has neighbors nearby, we felt like we had lots of peace and privacy. Kelly was available to answer questions and did a courtesy check in via the Airbnb messenger, which was nice and not intrusive. Highly recommend renting this house!
This place is fantastic. I feel like you can always tell the places that are carefully managed vs. the places that are run by big companies, and this one was so thoughtfully done! From a welcome gift basket to helpful instructions in places in the house to proactively messaging us to ensure everything was going well, we could not have had a better stay. Kelly and her team do such a wonderful job on top of the place being exactly as advertised! If we ever have a chance to return to the area, we would for sure stay here again!
Manor Road loops around with views of Bass Lake and Boom Lake, and it is a great road for walking or biking, with limited traffic. Boom Lake is known as 7th in the state for Musky Fishing! Just launch your boat and bring your skills.
We're also only 3 miles from the Hodag Festival grounds, known for the week-long Country Music festival held in July each year.
You're only a few minutes drive into Rhinelander where you'll find great restaurants, bars and supper clubs, grocery stores, an airport, a bowling alley, golf courses, hardware and sporting goods stores, and everything else you may need.
Want to explore the Northwoods even more? Rhinelander is centrally located, and within an hour of St. Germain, Three Lakes, Minocqua, Tomahawk, Eagle River, and Boulder Junction, Sayner, and Manitowish Waters!
There is plenty of parking for your family's vehicles, and a trailer should you bring a boat or snowmobiles.
