The place was perfect and beautiful it was comfortable and spacious they responded quickly had good communication everything was perfect

The place looks so beautiful from the photos but it is worn out inside. The front of the house looked so cute and welcoming but when we got there the outside was in rough shape. They just need to do some landscaping. Also there was a rooster across the street and a dog at a house behind "our" house that made lots of noise throughout the night and early in the AM. The backyard looked like it was an abandoned lot. The couch was like a love seat where you couldn't lie down on it. The towels were new and very plush. Mattresses were good. Pillows not so much. Walls were very thin and you could hear people talking next door. We didn't feel safe walking around the neighborhood at night so we took Lyfts everywhere. Thought it would be closer to the Jazz Fest Fairgrounds than it was but that was my fault for not understanding it was a 25 minute walk.

Nick & Brenna are great hosts! Responsive to questions and and proactive. Very friendly. The place is very nice. The bathroom is a bit cramped but I am a large person, 6'4/285, but still...very nice! Highly recommend it and them.
