Great host, very responsive.. Maybe more air fresheners in the house would take away dog odor. But we had a good time at the house, nice and a very private place.

Marina was a gracious and responsive host. the house was very cute and my dog felt very at home :) will definitely rent here again when in town :)

The property we stayed at was not the same location as what I signed up for when I paid for the Air BNB reservation. It is actually a duplex and was the other property. We expected a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom location. When we checked into the property I asked Marina about the 2 bathrooms that was listed. She advised me that was the other property (the pictures matched) and how important was the 2nd bathroom. We were in the process of moving out of state and needed a place to stay while we finished the final details of the move (movers/cleaners/etc). We were so tired that we had to make due. The furniture does not match the photos and the property smelled like "old smokers". The wonderful things about our stay: Marina answered the phone when I needed assistance with the entry lock. The property was super clean (backyard is not really usable), safe neighborhood. I would have expected to pay $150 less or so.

I booked this place as a last minute need due to a family emergency in the area. I needed a private, peaceful and safe place to call home during a stressful time. Marina's place was just what I needed. Private fenced yard with a patio, a comfortable master bedroom which I used, but there's a second bedroom as well and 2 baths, one off the master suite. Living room, kitchen and dining area nicely laid out as well. Very comfortable for a couple with kids or two couples. I also loved having the garage to park my vehicle in. The place is very quiet which is important to me. The AC worked great during the heat spell in place during my time there as well. Marina was an absolute delight to work with, and was very easy to get a hold off, which I didn't really need to do, except that she was very caring and flexible to extend my stay past my initial scheduling. I truly appreciate how caring and attention the hosts are and the sweet peaceful place I could relax and wind down after each day.

Booked this peaceful place and extended the stay due to circumstances, and the hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The place is quiet and enjoyable. Would recommend to friends and family to stay when in the area. Thank you so much for being excellent hosts.
