It is brightly lit by floor-to-ceiling windows. On the second floor are 2 large bedrooms as well as a second bathroom. Master bedroom features a huge, private balcony with jungle and mountain views from the third floor. Perfect for remote work with a large desk, ergonomic chair, and blazing fast WiFi. Brand new apartment with all the amenities you need. Includes coffee, a full kitchen, and everything you need for cooking. 3 separate AC units keep each bedroom and the common area cool. Remote check-in with instructions provided prior to your check-in. Host lives on premises if you need anything!

one block from beach. close to downtown but far enough for peaceful stay. we enjoyed hiking mirador every morning.
Main room gets hot during the day. Have make sure you keep AC and fan working.
This was our second stay in the apartments and we loved it again! The balcony is great, and we found the beds comfortable and the space very clean. We’ll definitely be back.

Though you and your guests will be in paradise at your own private oasis, venturing out to the soft sand of Jaco Beach for some sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, or surfing will be a blast for the whole family. 4 parking spots behind the gated property. 4 outdoor parking spots. There are bus routes on the street. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. 7-minute walk to El Miro. Nearby convenience store, local restaurant, local bar. 4-minute taxi or Uber to downtown Jaco. South beach Jaco is the best place in Jaco to stay--it's quiet but close to everything that matters, with a 3-minute taxi, uber, or car ride to everything downtown Jaco has to offer.
