The Pop house is a 2-bedroom home in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica, with a private pool, lanai, kitchen, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and smart TVs. This is a modern 2-bedroom 3-bathroom house with a private pool in a gated community near Jacó beach and downtown restaurants and shops. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a TV, and two master bedrooms with TV and ensuite bathrooms. The pool deck has a dining area and lounge chairs. The unit has Wi-Fi and a long driveway. The community has 24-hour security, a resort style communal pool with a waterfall, sports courts and minigolf.

Stayed a couple of nights at this home and everything was perfect. The home is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, private, and safe. The house manager, Gabriel, was super friendly and met us at the home for a personalized check in. He was also very responsive with questions and even recommended some excellent restaurants. The home is very close to the center of Jaco which was convenient. I would recommend this home and plan on returning to enjoy the pool in the future.

Once at the unit you may go to town and the beach on foot, bike, scooter, rental car or taxicabs.
I can arrange for a private van to pick you up at the airport. The current rate is a total of $127 one way from SJO to Jaco, or $250 round trip, for up to 5 people; or $147 one way from SJO to Jaco, or $290 round trip, for up to 8 people.
There is parking for one large car on the unit's driveway, possibly two small cars.
I can help you arrange a rental car either to pick-up at the airport or to be dropped off at the condo.
Taxi cabs are easy to call and cheap.
