I rented this place on short notice - however it was everything I expected and more. Cosy, quiet, great scenery and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. All in all I had a great time, place was clean, check in was easy. The host is a bit slow to respond, typically between 2-8 hours but place was cool and worth it.

Disfrutamos mucho del apartamento, tiene una vista espectacular y en general está en buenas condiciones. Lo único es el piso en la sala que se encuentra roto, hay una alfombra encima lo cual reduce el riesgo pero siempre caminamos con cuidado para prevenir tropiezos. En general es un muy buen apartamento y esperamos volver pronto.

The views here are unbeatable! We enjoyed the oversized balcony, as well as access to pools at the Palms and at Croc’s. Overall, the place wasn’t too far off from the photos, but the photos in the listing were not all specific to the unit we stayed in (I.e. our balcony did not have ceiling fans). The AC worked well, the beds & towels were clean and comfortable, and the WiFi/smart TVs were great. However, the bathrooms were not that nice and there were little things throughout the unit that need fixing (squeaky sliding doors, heaved floors, blinds that didn’t reach the ground). Overall, the place just isn’t that fresh for the price tag - you are definitely paying for the beautiful views! The host was responsive & helpful, and the security staff were friendly & available 24/7. The walk to Jaco is a bit far in the heat, but it’s easy/cheap to get an Uber into town.
